  • Lemon-Lavander Infused Green Tea Martini


  • FOR SIMPLE SYRUP
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups raw brown sugar
  • 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup dried culinary lavender flowers
  • 4 green tea bags
  • FOR COCKTAIL
  • 1 part simple syrup
  • 1 part gin
  • ice cubes
  • lemon wedges
  • culinary lavender leaves for garnish
  • To make simple syrup , place all ingredients in a pot and boil over medium heat until sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat allow to strap 10 minutes up to 1 hour.
  • Remove tea bags and strain solids, transfer to container and cool
  • Mix equal parts of syrup with gin, and serve over ice.
