- Lemon-Lavander Infused Green Tea Martini
- FOR SIMPLE SYRUP
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cups raw brown sugar
- 2 lemons, sliced into rounds
- 1/2 cup dried culinary lavender flowers
- 4 green tea bags
- FOR COCKTAIL
- 1 part simple syrup
- 1 part gin
- ice cubes
- lemon wedges
- culinary lavender leaves for garnish
- To make simple syrup , place all ingredients in a pot and boil over medium heat until sugar completely dissolves, remove from heat allow to strap 10 minutes up to 1 hour.
- Remove tea bags and strain solids, transfer to container and cool
- Mix equal parts of syrup with gin, and serve over ice.
